Project Manager – AthensLocation: Athens, GreeceWe are working with a top architecture and interior design firm focused on Hospitality projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team in Athens.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage architectural projects Hotel and Hospitality Renovation from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.Develop and implement project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely payments.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Foster strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Designer or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the architecture or construction industry.AutoCAD knowledge with a needs to understand technical drawingsStrong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management softwareFluency in English and Greek is essential.Must be able to work and travel in the EU.Please send your application in english to Beatrice @corecruitment.com
