Procurement Manager – AthensLocation: Athens, GreeceAbout Us:We are working with a top architecture and interior design firm specialised in Hospitality works. We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join their team in Athens.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for various projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify and select reliable vendors within the construction and architecture industries.Negotiate contracts with suppliers, considering factors such as quality, price, delivery terms, and sustainability.Manage procurement processes from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.Monitor supplier performance, evaluate their capabilities, and address any issues or concerns.Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and sustainable sourcing.Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management within the construction or architecture industry.Previously worked with Hospitality project is a must.Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry standards.Excellent organisation, planning, follow-up skills.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Fluency in English is essential.Must be able to work and travel in the EU.Please send your application in english to Beatrice @corecruitment.com
