Senior Night Care Practitioner. 44 hours per week - 4 nights on a rota basis £13.68 per hour PLUS £3 enhancement* for overtime 20:00 - 08:00 shifts We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Night Care Practitioner to join our team at Oak Springs, a luxury, purpose-built care home in the heart of Wavertree. As a Senior Care Practitioner at our home, your role may involve: Completing mandatory training to continuously improve knowledge and skills Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, nutrition, and daily activities Providing emotional support and fostering meaningful relationships with residents Supporting residents in pursuing fulfilling lives, tailored to their unique preferences, hobbies, and abilities Upholding and maintaining high standards of care within the home Performing senior-level duties, such as staff supervision, conducting appraisals, record-keeping, medication administration, care planning, audits, liaising with healthcare professionals, and participating in recruitment Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform.
