As an Estimator, you will prepare and analyse tenders, ensuring accuracy and profitability for key off-site projects. You will be responsible for: Preparing precise tenders based on specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities. Sourcing and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Identifying and assessing risks, ambiguities, and qualifications within tenders. Contributing to the enhancement of internal systems and staying informed on industry changes. What we are looking for: Possess 5+ years experience in an estimating role, within contracting or specialist sectors. A relevant third-level qualification in a related field. Expertise in estimating, tendering, pricing, and measuring for construction projects. Strong IT skills, including MS Office and relevant estimating software.
