You will design and implement transformational learning experiences that align with our organizational goals, prioritising people, teams, culture and performance across marketing, sales, and medical affairs. What to expect: In this vital role, you will develop dynamic partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive Learning and Development initiatives that shape the future of our organization. You will apply your expertise to identify critical skill gaps and develop tailored solutions that empower our teams in Field Force Effectiveness, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. Expect to have a hands-on impact as you implement innovative learning strategies, harness groundbreaking AI tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your influence will be key in enhancing performance and cultivating a coaching mindset across the organization. Who will you be working with: You will report directly to the Head of Learning & Development and collaborate with a wide range of influential leaders dedicated to excellence. Your key partners will include: * Learning and Development community: sharing expertise and passion for employee thriving * Sales and Marketing Leaders: Innovating strategies for enhanced performance. * Medical Leaders: Elevating best practices in medical communication and engagement. * Project Leads & Business Analytics Partners: Using insights to inform and iterate L&D strategies.
