Youll be part of a 3-month rotation across four different teams, giving you a comprehensive understanding of how life-saving medicines begin their journey: Project Management: Support our PMs in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence. You'll gain insight into managing timelines, risks, budgets, and achieving quality standards. Study Start-Up: work hand-by-hand with our specialists to learn how to prepare and submit essential documentation for UK Ethics Committees approvals, allowing clinical trials to begin. Project Coordination: Help set up project management tools, professionally manage team meetings, and engage directly with clients to ensure smooth project operations. Clinical Trial Documentation: Perform quality checks on study-related documents, ensuring accuracy, and contribute to maintaining the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF). WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR You must be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in life or health sciences (commenced in 2023). Experience managing multiple projects in an academic or professional setting. Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize Ability to work to deadlines and to collaborate with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, where priorities can change rapidly and you have to adapt on the spot.
