Offaly are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team. The company are based in Co. Offaly with the option of hybrid/remote work for the right candidate. My client offer flexibility and progression for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Be part of the estimating team operating in an efficient manner and deliver estimates and technical supporting documents in a timely and organised mannerPreparation of Estimates/Quotations for all products within the companyAdministration of the Tender/Estimating processAnalysis of pre- tender documentation including Specifications, Architectural Drawings, Bill of Quantities and Contract DocumentsDealing with the company’s supply chain partners in the course of preparing estimates and tendersAnalysis of prices from the company’s suppliersPresentation of entire cost build-up of estimates for margin agreementSubmission of estimates and tenders to the company’s customersCompiling and presentation of Technical Submittals for the various projectsAttending presentations and meetings as required from time to time Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or equivalent desirable. 6 years+ relevant experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, ProjectPossess sound commercial understanding and risk management skills.
