We are looking for an experienced Project Director to oversee the construction of a large-scale manufacturing facility in the West of Ireland . This is an 1 8-month, on-site role within a major multinational client organisation. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth delivery of this high-profile project, acting as a vital link between the client, contractors, and project teams.In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in client management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery to manage all aspects of the construction process. You'll be a strong communicator, capable of leading teams and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Location: Galway, Ireland Requirements: Proven track record in senior-level construction or project management roles. Experience in managing large-scale buildings and building services projects. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience with contractor management and client engagement. Full-time, on-site presence required in the West of Ireland for 18 months. Responsibilities: Oversee client management and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Lead and manage contractor performance and ensure project milestones are achieved. Supervise the project management team, ensuring smooth collaboration and oversight. Manage commercial and financial aspects , ensuring budget adherence. Oversee interface management between various stakeholders and disciplines. Ensure health, safety, and sustainability goals are met throughout the project lifecycle.
