We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bexley to assist with the appointment of a Forms Developer , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £348.00 - £459.93 per hour Responsibilities: To migrate the existing online forms into Drupal webforms, while making enhancements to the forms as required to improve the customer service experience for residents. To support the Digital Manager in developing a user centred approach to all self-service solutions for high volume service areas across the authority and to support improvements to business process and customer experience. To assist with identifying how processes can be improved for users and to work with service areas to design and implement new approaches and technology to improve customer experience and process efficiency. To work with a wide mix of stakeholders from all directorates and the Councils IT provider (NEC). To develop self-service and CRM system including e-forms, processes, users, and back-office system connectors to support normal service provision and to drive forward self-service adoption. Qualifications: Degree standard of education or equivalent A Level Standard of Education or equivalent Formal Management Qualification Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
