Head Chef Location : London Salary : £1,000 - £1,250 per week Hours : 30-40 hours per week Contract/Freelance : Up to 1 year (depending on availability) About Us : Our client is on a mission to rebuild the restaurant industry from the ground up and transform the way London eats out . By bringing a new breed of restaurant to London's high streets one that prioritizes craft, creativity, and quality they are reshaping the dining landscape. They repurpose independent high street spaces, partner with local craft producers, makers, and artists, and open unique restaurants in different neighbourhoods. Each pop-up invites pioneering chefs to design and cook exclusive, time-limited menus that offer something truly exceptional. Position : We are seeking Sous Chefs to Head Chefs with experience in Michelin or Rosette kitchens , who are eager to express their creativity and craft in an environment that pushes boundaries and celebrates innovative dining experiences. Role Responsibilities : Lead with creativity by developing an inspiring, original 6-course menu that reflects your culinary vision Oversee kitchen operations and manage food stock (ingredients sourced from local craft producers and provided by our client) Guide the food preparation process on Wednesdays and Thursdays in our kitchen, ensuring excellence in every detail Deliver a seamless and unforgettable dining experience for 40-50 diners on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, with the support of a skilled kitchen team to help bring your menu to life Shifts : Tuesday : 12pm-6pm (Prep) Wednesday : 9am-6pm (Prep) Thursday : 4pm-10.30pm (Service) Friday : 4pm-10.30pm (Service) Saturday : 4pm-10.30pm (Service) Requirements : Proven experience in Michelin or Rosette kitchens Passion for culinary innovation and menu development that challenges the norm Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality Availability for project-based work up to 1 year Benefits : Performance bonuses Flexible working hours 3-4 weeks off during Christmas and August Why Join Us?
