Within this role you will collaborate with clients to enhance their IT service management processes, drive digital transformation, and implement tailored solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You'll play a key role throughout the lifecycle of each project, from initial concept through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on IT Service Management, digital transformation, and process optimisationCollaborate with customers to create detailed specifications and solution designsDesign and architect ServiceNow-based applications to meet client requirementsLead the implementation of solutions in collaboration with internal teamsManage technical projects, balancing both business and technical needsAssist with software installation and go-live support for customersSupport pre-sales activities by offering technical insights and demonstrationsExperience:A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or similar FH/ETHProven experience as a ServiceNow consultant and developerServiceNow certificationsProject management experienceFluent in both German and English written and spokenA proactive, independent approach with entrepreneurial thinkingA collaborative mindset and a desire to achieve exceptional resultsIf you're ready to take your ServiceNow expertise to the next level and work with a forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.
