We are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking insurer who have an exciting opportunity available for a Motor Claims Handler to join their fast-paced claims division. We are looking for Motor Claims Handlers who will be trained and developed to effectively manage a portfolio of Insurance claims. As part of your ongoing training, you will be provided with the right skills in commercial decision making to ensure indemnity spend is minimised.We are delighted to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking insurer who have exciting opportunities available for a Motor Claims Handler to join their fast-paced claims division working in one of these specialist areas; Property, Third Party Claims, Personal Injury and / or Credit Hire claims.We are looking to speak with Motor Claims Handlers who are looking to enhance their careers and join a dynamic company which values both it's employees and clients.You will be trained and developed thoroughly to effectively manage a portfolio of Insurance claims. As part of your ongoing training, you will be provided with the right skills in commercial decision making to ensure indemnity spend is minimised.Through full training and continuous coaching inhouse you will be given full in-depth FCA regulated industry knowledge and have all the tools necessary to help you personally grow your career with the business and service our client's customers with all complex queries.What you will be doing: Validate all claims for indemnity and fraudProactive and correct assessment of liabilityAccurate quantum assessment of claims presented using the relevant tools available to assistApplication of accurate reserves in line with company guidelinesAdherence to best practice and key strategiesEffective file and portfolio managementAny other Ad hoc task as the needs of the business dictateAccountability for own performance against set objectives What we’re looking for: Ability to work in a culture of openness, trust, and respectStrong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasksAbility to fact find and analyse information to result in accurate decision makingKnowledge of the civil procedure rules with regards to offers, acceptances and litigation risksA minimum of two years motor claims experience A starting salary of £25,000 per annum up to £35,000 DOE and level of specialism.This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company in a real phase of growth.
