Non-Executive Director – Hospitality Investment London/ Southeast 1-2 Days Per Month – Flexibility required COREcruitment are thrilled to be working with a founder-led casual dining concept focused on local produce, people, and supporting local communities across the South of England. As they prepare for the next exciting phase of growth, they are seeking a Non-Executive Director with a strong investment background to join their team.The Individual: We are looking for a Non-Executive Director with an investment background who has experience working with Founder led businesses, to help scale the business and prepare for exit. You will ideally have connections within the hospitality industry and previous experience scaling an entrepreneurial business.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your expertise to support us in securing funding for further growth and expansion, ensuring they have the right capital structure in place.Offer guidance in setting the company up for a successful exit by creating a roadmap.Utilise your established contacts within the investment and financial sectors to make introductions and open doors to key opportunities for growth, partnerships, and funding.Provide high-level governance, ensuring the business stays true to its core values while achieving its growth ambitions.Requirements: Have a solid background in investment, private equity, or venture capital, ideally with experience in the hospitality, food, or retail sectors.Demonstrated experience in scaling businesses, securing investment, and guiding companies to a successful exit.A well-established network of industry contacts in the investment world, with the ability to facilitate introductions and build meaningful partnerships.You share our passion for supporting local communities, ethical sourcing, and creating a people-first culture.Comfortable working closely with the founder and leadership team, offering guidance and insight without stepping into day-to-day operations.If this position is of interest to you and you fit the requirements of the role then please apply with an updated copy of your CV.
