Are you a qualified electrician with a 2391 Inspection and Testing certification looking for an exciting opportunity in Peterborough We are seeking a skilled Inspect and Electrician for Void Properties to join our team.Are you a qualified electrician with a 2391 Inspection and Testing certification looking for an exciting opportunity in Peterborough We are seeking a skilled Inspect and Electrician for Void Properties to join our team. You will play a key role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in vacant void properties, ensuring they meet safety standards and are ready for new tenants.Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive electrical inspections in void properties across Peterborough.Carrying out electrical testing and certification, including EICR Electrical Installation Condition Reports.Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in accordance with regulations.Installing and testing new electrical systems, including full rewires and upgrades.Ensuring all work complies with IET Wiring Regulations 18th Edition.Preparing properties for occupancy through necessary electrical checks and maintenance.Liaising with property managers and other trades to expedite property handovers. Requirements: Qualified Electrician with relevant City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3.2391 Inspection and Testing certification essential.18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification desirable.Proven experience in electrical inspections and testing EICR.Previous experience in void property work or social housing is advantageous.Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel within Peterborough.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Good communication and time-management skills.
