Responsibilities involved in Litigation Lawyer role Handle a mixed caseload of Criminal and Civil Litigation matters from start to completion.Provide expert legal counsel to the council and its departments on litigation risk, strategies, and decision-makingPrepare cases and represent the council in courts and tribunals, ensuring well-prepared, effective advocacy Requirements A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with Criminal and Civil Litigation experienceSomeone who has worked for a Local Authority within a litigation legal teamSomeone who can attend the county hall Preston once a week.
