Must live in London “Smaller group, with 6 high end bars/restaurants and two more in the pipeline “Your chance to work with an independent company, where you can steer the vision of business” “Shares are available for the right person” One of my clients is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee all FOH & BOH Operations across their new sites opening up, premium sites, strong mix of wet and dry sales, these sites are premium venues, the place to be seen so you need to come from a restaurants background – with experience in sites hitting £80/150k weekly – Great food in these sites to match the drinks You will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations, driving the General Managers openings, motivating, coaching and mentoring the team and improving standards and processes – overseeing new opening and helping to move the business forward in the right direction I am looking for someone with exceptional team leadership and project management experience to enhance guest and customer journey, someone passionate about the trade and the hospitality industry, this is KEY for my client Ideal Candidate High end venues/bars with experience in customer service Presentable and engaging Excellent and proven leadership skills Understand what constitutes good hospitality and have the vision to implement it Excellent IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Good observation skills and attention to detail Commitment to Excellence - uses their initiative, adapts positively to change and is proactive in finding solutions to issues.
