This team will carry out face to face visits for those individuals, liaise with other agencies and put together care packages. This is a highly proactive and supportive team. This team is built up of locum and permanent social workers, AMHP’s and OT’s.About youA Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. You will have previous or current experience of working with Section 42, Care Act and MCA assessments.
