We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Derby to assist with the appointment of a Call Handler, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £12.74 - £16.07 per hour Responsibilities: Call handling services Responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided) Carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community. Installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customers homes Required skills & Experience : Excellenet communication and computer skills Call centre experience Understanding of social care with the elderly All candidates will be required to have an enhanced Adults DBS All candidates must hold a full manual driving license and have access to a car for work purposes for which mileage will be paid Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
