Key responsibilities will include: Contributes to the most technically advanced research to steer new product innovation, including assessing new ingredients technologies. Supports claim substantiation formulation validation to drive product innovation via in-house research or collaboration with external testing houses. Drives research innovation within CSA to cement us as leaders in CSA. Completes in-depth literature reviews into key technologies to identify potential for innovation establish science-led brand positions. Monitors competitor products and technologies, to spot research opportunities competitive advantages. The successful candidate will: Have a Degree in Biology or Biochemistry or Chemistry with some understanding of Biology. Have knowledge of skin biology and keen interest in skincare. Have strong research skills and experience in experimental design protocol development (knowledge of analytical techniques and ex vivo skin analysis a plus). Personable team player with strong communication skills. Have an analytical mindset with a problem solving attitude excellent attention to detail. Have the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
