Senior Scientist Compound Management And HTS Informatics

Description:
Role Profile: Manage formatting and loading of internally externally prepared screening library compounds into informatics system. Liaise with chemistry, analytical and bioscience groups for compound information and tracking. Management of users in the informatics system. e.g., setting up user accounts, resetting passwords, permissions etc. Support HTS, bioscience and chemistry in compound handling and tracking requirements. Support addition of compounds into the Signature screening compound collection from third party, both vendors and customers. Candidate Profile: A degree in science preferably in bioinformatics Familiarity with laboratory automation equipment. Familiarity with laboratory information management software. Experience working in a HTS/compound management role. Experience in Excel, VBA, and python scripting. Experience in SQL A Positive Attitude for problem solving.
