The firm has a long and successful track record of offering high quality advice to businesses, families and individuals. Our client has a significant presence in Yorkshire's highly competitive legal market and are recognised as specialists at a national level in a number of legal sectors.The firm is looking for someone who is at least 2 years PQE. If you happen to have more experience than this and you think you could be suitable, then please don't hesitate to apply as our client is happy to have some flexibility on this requirement. The Role: You will be joining a solid team where plenty of support will be accessible and you will be exposed to some high quality work.You will be handling a real mixture of Commercial Property matters. These will include Residential and Commercial Land Development, Agricultural Land Development, Commercial Landlord & Tenant matters, Freehold Sales and Purchases and Secured lending. You will also be required to assist the senior Solicitors in the department as necessary. The Candidate: Ideally you will be at least 2 years’ PQE however this is a guideline and those outside of this bracket are encouraged to apply. The firm are also interested to hear from more experienced solicitors.
