This is a temporary agency role, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a pay rate of £31 Ltd per hour paid via umbrella.Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload within the core CAMHS team, supporting children and young people CYP referred with mental health conditions.Reduce the risk for CYPs on the waiting list, ensuring they receive timely support and intervention.Help ensure patient flow continues smoothly, easing the workload on existing staff and contributing to reduced waiting times for service users.Support the delivery of child and family-focused services, meeting performance and quality targets.Case manage young people, ensuring their care is consistent, effective, and focused on their needs.Build and maintain effective partnerships with external services, including education, social care, the acute sector, and third-sector organizations, to deliver shared outcomes for CYPs.
