As part of the successful team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own caseload, including advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters such as discrimination, unfair dismissals, and TUPE transfers to name but a few. You will also have the chance to get involved in a range of business development activities such as building business contacts within the local community whilst also marketing yourself, the team, and the firm. Our client is ideally looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 2+ years PQE and a strong background in both claimant and respondent matters and a proactive and pragmatic approach.
