Essential Skills/Experience: Knowledge of any of MiFIR, SFTR, EMIR, MAS, ASIC, CFTC, CSA desirable.Experience working within a fast-paced investment operations environment.Results-focused and dynamic work ethic with a passion for problem solving.Highly motivated self-starter who enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced environment and shows attention to detail.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Ability to build and effectively manage relationships. Core Responsibilities: Review and resolve daily exceptions relating to the reporting submitted to the regulators within mandatory timescales.Liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve any issues in a timely manner.Perform daily checks to ensure that data is submitted to the regulators within the mandatory timescales.Complete MI in respect of data submissions providing meaningful commentary in respect of variances and trends.Perform reconciliations and data analysis on the completeness and accuracy of submissions to regulator, making corrections if required.Investigate and resolve queries, escalating to management where required.Support project activity and continuous improvement initiatives where required.
