You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers The new service which provides a mixture of nursing, residential and dementia care To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Home Manager your key duties include: To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of careTo become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service UsersTo manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancyTo provide improvement, independence and choice for Service UsersTo comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Caring and CompassionateLead and Develop your team to delivery high quality careAble to show a can-do attitude alwaysPrevious experience of managing a large service 50+ beds The successful Home Manager will receive an amazing annual salary up to £75,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working through day shifts.
