Window and Door Surveyor Responsibilities: Communicate with customer’s representative on site regarding site specific issuesPerform Site Surveys in a timely manner to ensure schedules are met Finalise dimensionsAssess site access and determine if any special equipment or tools are requiredAssess roof access and determine if any scaffolding, etc… is requiredAssess whether Cills/Pressings are requiredGeneral conditions of the site Identify labour requirements to perform installation Total labour units for installationBreakdown of labour units by day Communicate results of Site Survey to Installation Supervisor so installation can be appropriately planned & scheduled Window and Door Surveyor Requirements: General Construction Practices & RegulationsAutocad/Sketch-upComputer literateBeing Effective With CustomersInformation GatheringProblem SolvingOrganisingInstallation techniques Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
