You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers A mental health hospital specialises in the management and treatment of mental health problems. The hospital has residential facilities for patients, as well as offering outpatients’ services To be considered for this role you must be qualified as an RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As the Night Nurse Coordinator your key responsibilities include: Lead and manage the hospital operationsProvide effective clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team across the hospitalOversee patients care, ensuring safe staffing levels across the hospital and effective incident management where requiredMaintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patientsContribute to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiativesMentor and support staff by facilitating supervisions and post incident debriefsReview and respond to incoming referrals and support wards with admissions The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safetyAbility to balance conflicting demands using adaptive thinking and positive problem solving The successful Night Nurse Coordinator will receive an excellent salary of £45,194 - £49,821 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
