You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care As the Care Co-ordinator your key duties include: Maintain dignity and standards of service users and their homesWork as part of an efficient team to ensure smooth running of the serviceContinue professional development through attending and contributing to training, meetings, and supervisionsComply with Kingsley Home Care Services Health & Safety policy and proceduresRepresent Kingsley Home Care Services professionally and positively at all timesMaintain confidentiality regarding all issues and information relating to service usersSupport service users’ personal development regarding independence, skills, rights, and choicesEnsure that all rotas are completed and made available to staff in a timely mannerTrain, assess, and ensure that medication is administered and managed effectively and safely by staffMeet with service users to ensure that their care meets their needs as per their individual care plan The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: 2 years' experience in a care setting with vulnerable individualsWillingness to undertake necessary NVQ or additional trainingEmpathy, understanding, and experience in meeting the needs of service usersStrong time management skills and ability to work well under pressureAbility to make balanced, clear, and timely decisionsProactive approach to involving others in decision-making processesCommitment to health and safety practices The successful Care Co-ordinator will receive an excellent salary of £29,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on days.
