This Tier 1 contractor has secured a wide range of new projects They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This Surveyor should have experience managing contractors for a Tier 1 contractor and managing a range of sub-contractors.Our client is a well established main contractor a long history of exciting projects as well as a pipeline of interesting works ahead. This Surveyor should have experience managing contractors for a Tier 1 contractor and managing a range of sub-contractors. Requirements Degree in Quantity SurveyingProven experience in either RC Frame builds and Cut & Carve refurbishmentsExperience managing JCT suite of contracts Experience sourcing new suppliers and sub-contractorsExperience taking tenders and bringing on new suppliers Understanding the requirements of refurbishing listed buildings - preferredA good understanding of building regulations and NHBC standards Rewards Salary - Up to £85kTravel packageGenerous holiday packageGenerous pension contribution.
