You will play a key role in managing and improving the H&S Management System, supporting managers and colleagues to ensure safety policies are consistently applied.Service Care Solutions is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for a client in Croydon.You will play a key role in managing and improving the H&S Management System, supporting managers and colleagues to ensure safety policies are consistently applied.This is a full time, permanent role offering £46,305 per annum. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing H&S policies and procedures.Provide daily support to managers on H&S matters, promoting a culture of risk accountability.Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and safety.Support accident reporting and lead investigations when necessary.Deliver H&S training and collaborate with managers to enhance safety practices.
