Main Responsibilities As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for: Lead a Team: Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.Role Model: Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.Daily Care: Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.Build Relationships: Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.
