The team makes decisions on the best outcomes for them. The role involves supervising social workers and ad hoc advise and guidance for acute hospital social workers team. The hospital cases are very fast paced; therefore, the team work very hard. The team work very closely with the doctors and the NHS.About youA degree within Social Work Degree, DipSW, CQSW with a minimum of 3 years’ experience is required to be deemed suitable for this role. To be successful in this role, you must have experience of working with adults, a high level of Social Work knowledge and skill in working in an acute hospital environment, so that you can give effective and productive guidance.
