Key responsibilities * Resolve user issues in an accurate, timely manner * Provide an excellent level of support and communication * Escalate to 3 rd line when necessary * Maintain the internal ITSM ticket system * Maintain the asset database * Manage starters/leavers * Create how to' guides for common end-user issues * Configure and deploy new equipment (laptop / iPhone / printers etc) * Assist with project deployments Competencies Good knowledge and experience of: * Windows 10 * Office 365 applications * Active Directory * TCP/IP networking / WiFi * iPhone and MDM * A good cyber-security awareness You will have: * Good level of experience of supporting in a 2 nd line role * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written * Methodical and logical approach * "can do" attitude * Ability to work under your own initiative and part of a team
