You'll play a crucial part in optimising service delivery by translating business processes into efficient automation solutions.Responsibilities: * Analyse and understand business processes to identify opportunities for automation using RPA tools. * Develop and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring they meet business requirements and are efficient and effective. * Maintain and enhance existing RPA automations to address evolving needs and optimise performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RPA solutions into existing systems. * Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.Requirements: * 3-5 years of experience as an RPA Blue Prism Developer. * Strong programming and tool configuration skills. * Expertise in various RPA tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, IPSoft, WinAuto, etc. * Familiarity with IBM strategic remediation products and a willingness to learn new tools as needed. * Knowledge of technologies like JSON, NodeJS, AngularJS, and MongoDB. * Experience with IBM homegrown automation accelerators like Golden Bridge and mfalpha. * Ability to on-board and train new developers. * Understanding of the operational aspects of RPA solutions, including network connections and tool interactions.If you are a passionate and dedicated IT professional looking to join a dynamic and innovative organisation, we encourage you to apply.
