They are seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process performed by the consultants by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various construction roles.There is also the opportunity to advance your career through their tailored progression program. So this really could be just the beginning for you. Key Responsibilities: Utilise job boards, social media, and industry networks to source candidates for construction positions. Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records of candidate interactions. Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific client needs and job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to enhance the talent pool and service delivery. Stay informed about trends and changes within the construction sector to better understand market demands. Job Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field is desirable but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and recruitment software. A keen interest in the construction industry and its job market.
