We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of an Interim Director of Housing Standards, Assets & Investment , on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £551.96 - £748.01 per Day Responsibilities: Provide strategic advice on all aspects of housing asset management, procurement, and investment opportunities. Lead the delivery of service transformation and improvement projects that align with the Councils objectives. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery in asset management. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and value for money in housing services. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory housing standards, particularly in building safety. Qualifications: Strong background in asset management. In-depth knowledge of compliance and building safety regulations. Experience in managing construction, including the successful delivery of major works. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
