A family from Stokesley, Nr Middlesbrough, are welcoming their second child in early 2025 and are searching for an experienced maternity nurse to join them 3 nights per week. Mum and dad are keen to enlist the support of a local maternity nurse who will be able to assist 3 times per week with night support for 24 weeks to ensure they are well rested when baby is around 6 weeks old.You will be on hand to guide and support them with all aspects of newborn baby care . Duties include - Feeding, sterilising and prepping feeds, changing nappies, settling the baby down to sleep after feeds.Mum is hoping to breastfeed so there may be a mixture of both breast and bottle.The ideal maternity nurse is someone with plenty of newborn experience who is qualified with a relevant post natal certificate such as MNT, NEST, Babyem etc, and who is naturally very caring to support the family during this special time and help to establish a routine as the role progresses. Salary £22 gross per hour depending on experience Hours 3 nights per week ideally Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (between 9/10pm -7am 9/10 hours per night).
