Duties Collaborate with software development teams to design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance.Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to support the building, testing, deploying, and monitoring of our product.Strong Customer Service mindsetPartner with offshore and regional DevOps team members on automation projectsMentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the DevOps practice.Monitor system performance using tools such as Splunk, addressing any issues proactively.Skills Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Groovy, Bash, SQL, YAMLExperience using kubernetes (preferred tools are AKS and ArgoCD)In-depth proficiency with git and CI tools such as Jenkins, Argo, Harness, GitLab etc.Ability to work with build tools and make basic changes across multiple languages e.g. Make/CMake(C/C++), Maven (java), Yarn (Node), etcKubernetes deployment and management experience, with associated toolsets such as Kubernetes CLI, Helm,Docker, terraform, packer and ansible.Ability to create reports using PowerShell or PowerBI that query disparate systems and turn data into usable information.
