Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join an Commercial and Residential Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will bring expertise across a range of public and private sector projects, including renewable energy, residential, commercial, and industrial developments. This role requires technical proficiency, collaboration with design teams, and direct client communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed design calculations, reports, and contract specifications. Collaborate with CAD and BIM technicians to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intentions. Contribute to daily project activities and liaise directly with clients in meetings. Prepare tender documents and support bid processes for new projects. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies across all project phases. Develop structural designs using Eurocodes and British Standards for a variety of building types. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's degree advantageous). Experience in structural design consultancy within Ireland, with projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office); knowledge of MicroStation, Microdrainage, and Rebar is beneficial. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to meet project deadlines while working independently and as part of a team.
