We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead and deliver structural engineering projects in water, wastewater, and building infrastructure. This position involves technical oversight, project management, and client engagement, with opportunities to shape high-profile projects both locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements. Manage structural design of water-retaining and building structures, adhering to Eurocodes, British Standards, and BIM standards. Develop and implement innovative solutions from conceptual design to project completion, balancing technical quality and cost considerations. Collaborate within multi-disciplinary project teams, contributing to project strategy and execution. Maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentation of technical results. Oversee quality assurance, technical compliance, and mentorship of junior staff. Requirements Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; Chartered Engineer status or progression toward it. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in design consultancy, including water and wastewater infrastructure. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software; experience with parametric and digital engineering (Dynamo, Python) is an asset. Strong understanding of structural materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry) and Eurocode application. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and travel for project needs.
