We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rotherham to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Representative , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £12.38 - £15.48 per hour Responsibilities: Deal with customer enquiries e.g. at reception, over the telephone Receipt and distribute incoming post, process correspondence and send mail out Gather information to report back to others Set up and produce non-standard letters/templates/spreadsheets/documentation, update and maintain databases and produce management information Provide help and assistance to staff in the use of IT packages/systems Qualifications: NQF Level 2 qualification e.g. GCSEs Grades 4-9, NVQs Level 2, GNVQs Intermediate, City and Guilds Craft or Part 2, Or Evidence of the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
