Here at the Mick George Group we are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join the team. Location: Mick George Head Office - Huntingdon Working Hours: Monday - Friday between 7am – 6pm, Saturday work as and when required. Making sure every customer has the ultimate customer experience from start to finish. Multi-tasking is key to being able to manage answering the phone, complete administrative, prioritise tasks all with high attention to detail. Previous Customer Service experience is essential to thrive in this position Main Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for all Mick George Customers building rapport with new and existing customers ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. Answer all incoming calls and emails from customers, Have adaptable approach to each customer’s needs and requirements keeping them updated throughout the process. Be highly organised completing all administrative tasks in a timely manner with high attention to detail. Undertake all relevant training as and when necessary, keeping up to date on all Mick George Products and Services. Skills/Qualifications Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced office environment. Ability to work under pressure. Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner. Computer literate, with Microsoft Office knowledge. Driven and pro-active individual. Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail.
