We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of a Early Intervention Job Coach , on a 2.5-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £18.60 - £23.37 per Hour Responsibilities: To build relationships with participants and through support and advice help them address any barriers to employment. To have a creative approach to engaging with participants. To be responsible for a caseload of participants, providing a support role and addressing their needs based upon their individual action plans. To work with participants on a one to one or group basis as appropriate. To maintain regular contact with participants on their caseload to offer advice and guidance where needed. Requirements: Good General Standard of Education Experience of working with unemployed people to improve their employment prospect. Experience of providing advice and guidance to others with the aim of progressing them towards employment. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
