What You Will Do Reporting into an SCDM, the Customer Development Manager will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers for new and established E-pharmacy accounts, conducting presentations to key customer executives and decision makers, preparing formal proposals and leading negotiations, and developing accurate sales forecasts and reports. You will also establish sales plan and specific project plan for key accounts, analyze customer business opportunities and threats, and identify opportunities for field sales force to secure sales. Key responsibilities include: * Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP) * Full forecasting and spend management, making accurate forecasts to your business team and Commercial Excellence contacts * Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, whilst identifying and progressing incremental growth opportunities within the e-pharmacy channel * Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your customer contacts, and representing your customers' requirements to the Kenvue business * Building and supervising a Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for the Kenvue and business partner * Develop a solid understanding of the market and keep track of the market activity to share information regarding changes or new activity in the marketplace What we are looking for You will have experience within the FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate the following: * Experience in customer development, sales or account management * A proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, profitability and share points of view * Ability to build and harvest great relationships both internally and externally to achieve strategic business objectives * High level of autonomy and enjoy networking to achieve results * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to write compelling, articulate business cases * Ability to shape plans and connect with the wider organisation What's in it for you • Competitive Benefit Package • Paid Company Holidays, Volunteer Time, option to buy and sell holiday • Learning & Development Opportunities • Employee Resource Groups Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
