We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Newham to assist with the appointment of a Senior Surveyor , on a 2-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Hours per week: 15 Rate of Pay: £26.51 - £33.61 per Hour Responsibilities: Promote the HEART values of the Council Honesty, Equality, Ambition, Respect and Together. Be aware of the Councils priorities and assist in how these are reflected in the management of the commercial portfolio. Courteous and proactive tenant engagement to ensure a fair outcome of all matters for all parties. To be a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Provide high-level professional property advice in accordance with the best-practice standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Qualifications: Member of Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the commercial real estate, corporate real estate or valuations pathways. Demonstrable experience in managing a large mixed-use commercial property portfolio. Experience in managing tenants from the community and voluntary sector Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
