If you would like to have a positive impact on the local community of Liverpool and its surrounding areas then please read onThe role has been confirmed on a 3 month rolling basis and can pay a competitive hourly rate of £55-£60ph umbrella. This position can operate on a hybrid basis with court/office attendance being 2 days a week flexible on this.The Role of a Childcare Lawyer: Manage your own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion whilst assisting others when required.Deliver some advocacy on less complex Childcare Law caseloads.Offer help and support to team members and others, including training where appropriate. The Person: Someone with 3+ years of PQE in Childcare Law and ideally someone who has worked for a Local Authority on Childcare Law matters.Someone is able to manage their own caseload from start to completion.Someone which excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable with advocacy.
