We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner , on a 1-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £11.59 - £14.51 per hour Hours Per Week: 25 Responsibilities: The cleaning of the establishment and maintaining high standards in these areas. Maintaining floor surfaces in accordance with the requirements of the Authoritys cleaning and janitorial specification. Attending to and cleaning up after spillages. Clean soft floor coverings and soft furnishings. Deep clean areas on a rotational basis. Assist the Caretaker with flushing outlets in accordance with Legionella regulations. Qualifications: Knowledge of operating specialist equipment related to the job role. Either possess or have a willingness to gain NVQ Cleaning & Building Interiors Standards Level 2. Willingness to train in hygiene and safety to an appropriate level for the job. Basic awareness of Health and Safety. Related experience of cleaning and using equipment. In working as part of a team in a similar situation. In the use of floor maintenance machines and industrial vacuum cleaners.
