Customer Service Advisor Liverpool £11.65 per hour Temporary Ongoing Contract 37.5 hours per week – 5 days from 7 3 weeks of earlies – 09.30 – 5.30pm 3 weeks of lates 11.30am – 7.30pm Earlies will be office based, lates are worked from homeCustomer Service AdvisorThe RoleThe overall purpose of the role is to provide ‘World Class’ Customer Service and effectively achieve the following core responsibilities…Provide a tailored, friendly and professional service, with the customer firmly at the heart of what you doHandle all customer interactions in a prompt, professional and knowledgeable manner.Engage with customers to gain a full personal understanding of the customer requirements in line with our quality standards to deliver a World Class experience.Provide a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brand and service reputation.Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data.In emergency situations you will correspond with rescue workers.Highlight and escalate issues as necessaryCustomer Service AdvisorThe CandidateYou will have the following skills, experiences and attributes…Candidates will have significant experience of working in a busy customer service environment within the automotive, hospitality, travel/leisure or emergency service sectors.Previous experience of working in a Customer Contact Centre environment providing excellence in service to the customer would be an advantage.A passion for delivering first class customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood social and interpersonal skills, personable with strong emotional intelligence.Good listening skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Quality focused with attention to detailA warm, helpful and positive approachDynamic, proactive, confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.Technical understanding and proficient computer literacyStress resistance in emergency situationsAble to respond to customers from different countriesGeographical and traffic regulation knowledge would be an advantageWinsearch acts as an employment agency for permanent staff.
