Customer Service & Sales Advisor Location: Rotherham (On-Site)Salary: £32,470 OTE (£23,878 basic plus uncapped bonuses)Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships? If youre empathetic, persuasive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career.What You'll Do: Handle inbound customer queries from contract renewals and upgrades to troubleshooting issues. Support customers with clear, helpful advice and promote additional products and services where relevant. Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and ensure they leave every call feeling valued and supported. Be the first point of contact for customers and provide a friendly, professional service. What Were Looking For: Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude is what really counts! A natural ability to talk to people, listen carefully, and offer tailored solutions. Empathetic, patient, and committed to delivering a great service experience. Confident using systems and keen to learn well provide full training on our products and services.
