This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills within the Solar PV sector, working with a team committed to quality and innovation. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair Solar PV systems on residential and commercial properties. Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution to ensure optimal system performance. Comply with health and safety standards and industry regulations. Operate independently and as part of a team, delivering excellent service to clients and supporting the company's growth. What We Offer: Salary : £52,000 after completing a comprehensive training period (4-8 weeks). Bonus Scheme : Uncapped earning potential, with an average monthly bonus of £1,000+ based on performance and additional installations.
